SMTC Series

With mixing valve application: Space heating, process heat, and cooling systems. The SMTC pump group is equipped with a thermostatic mixing valve, thermostatic actuator, rebated safety thermostat, two brass ball valves with thermometer’s for supply and return, connector with check valve and insulation. The pump comes with a Wilo circulation pump

Hydraulic Separators XP

Steel Units equipped with insulation. They have a vent connection (1/2″ coupler) and a temperature sensor mount on the upper side, and a drain connection (1/2″ coupler) on the lower side. This set also includes a 1/2″ check valve for the air vent and a 1/2″ drain valve.

It features two connections on the upper side for a temperature sensor and air vent (1/2″ coupler), along with a bottom connection for drainage (1/2″ coupler). Additionally, the set includes a 1/2″ check valve for the air vent, a 1/2″ immersion sleeve for the temperature sensor, and a 1/2″ drain valve.

Air Filters and Separators

Magnetic Filter with Strainer FM

Removes solid pollutants from water in heating systems and air-conditioning systems. It ensures proper operation of equipment and prevents the build-up impurities. Benefits of using the filter include reducing the risk of damage to the system, quiet operation, and easy removal of contaminants without shutting down the system.

The magnetic cartridge is equipped with a drain valve and a sleeve with a neodymium magnet. The cartridge is used in filter-clarifiers and hydraulic couplings.

Magnetic Separator SM 25, 32

Removes Water contaminants in heating systems, preventing wear on components and improving system efficiency. The separator safeguards the heat exchanger, radiator ends, and pipes from blockages caused by dirt. It can be installed vertically or horizontally, offers excellent filtration, and allows for easy removal of impurities during normal operation.

Basket Strainer FMK

This device captures solid pollution in water systems for heating. It ensures the proper operation of heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, and other devices by preventing the buildup of impurities. The strainer uses a removable basket made of stainless stell with a 500 μm filter mesh. The body is made of powder-painted or galvanised steel, and insulation is optional. It has a manual vent, a drain valve, and can be equipped with a magnetic inster to cach ferromagnetic impurities
